Offer is valid for stays and bookings all year round, subject to availability.
To qualify for this offer, you must stay for a mimimum of 7 nights.
Weekly laundry allocation excludes dry cleaning.
Cordis Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to change the details of the offer or substitute alternative benefits if required.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or membership entitlements.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrive or a cancellation fee will apply. Should the stay be shortened at any stage to less than the minimum requirement of 7 nights, rates may be adjusted accordingly.
The offer includes 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
A credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
Payments made with a credit or debit card will attract a 2.5% fee. There is no fee charged for cash or EFTPOS.
A credit card pre-authorisation (hold) is needed upon check-in for seven days of the rate and weekly thereafter (if not paid prior to arrival). In addition, a charge to cover incidental spending will be payable each week for long-term stays.
In case of disputes, Cordis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to make the final decision.
Should the stay be shortened to less than the minimum requirement of 7 nights, the rate may be adjusted accordingly.
