BLACK PEARL TASTING MENU

Ming Court has retained One Diamond rating for eight consecutive years in The Black Pearl Restaurant Guide since 2018. Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef Li Yuet Faat has redesigned the six-course Black Pearl Tasting Menu with his creations, such as South African Abalone, Kanto Sea Cucumber, Onion Concentrate, Brsised.

Menu is applicable to a minimum of two persons per reservation.
All menu items are subject to change due to seasonality and availability.
Advanced reservations are required.
All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions and privileges.
Customers are required to present their Brilliant Member Card upon arrival.
Customers are expected to fulfill the remaining price before discount if they failed to present their Brilliant Member Card.
